Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

Orders with in-stock items are generally processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) and then handed over to the shipping carrier.

2. Pre-order Policy

2.1 General Pre-order Information

A pre-order allows you to reserve trading card sets and products before their official release date. Release dates are determined by the manufacturer and are subject to change. Pre-ordered items are expected to ship on their respective release date; however, external factors may lead to delays.

2.2 Payment and Reservation

Payment for pre-ordered items is due at the time of purchase. Once your payment is successfully completed, your pre-order is secured. We reserve the requested quantity at the specified price; however, delivery on the release day is not guaranteed.

2.3 Delays and Cancellations due to Supply Shortages

Since we depend on our wholesalers for pre-ordered items, supply shortages or delays may occur in rare cases. If we are not supplied on time or in sufficient quantities, we reserve the right, after consultation with you, to either deliver your order at a later date or cancel it in the event of ongoing unavailability. In the event of a cancellation, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price.

2.4 Information Duty and Customer Communication

You will be informed immediately about changes to the delivery date or cancellations. We make every effort to ensure availability and are happy to answer any questions regarding your pre-order.

3. Items with Different Delivery Times (Pre-sale)

If you order items with different delivery dates, such as pre-orders along with immediately available items, the entire order will generally be shipped as a single shipment unless otherwise agreed.

In this case, shipping will only take place once all items in the order are available. If you would like a partial delivery, please contact us before or immediately after completing your order.

4. Delivery Times

  • Austria: 1–2 business days*
  • Germany: 2–5 business days*
  • EU: approx. 3–14 business days*
  • Rest of the World (Standard): approx. 10–15 business days*
  • Rest of the World (Express): 2–5 business days*

*Please note that delays may occur due to unforeseeable events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, or seasonal peak periods). Customs processing can also further extend delivery times in countries outside the EU.

5.1 Austria

Shipping with DPD

  • Delivery Time: usually within 24 hours
  • Shipping Costs: flat rate €3.90
  • Free Shipping: for orders over €130

5.2 Germany

We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. Please note that the delivery times listed below are calculated from the date of dispatch.

Note on Economy Shipping: Due to logistical processing, delivery via Economy Shipping can take up to 1.5 weeks. For time-sensitive orders (e.g., Trading Card releases), we highly recommend choosing Standard Shipping via DPD.

Free Shipping: For orders over €200.00, shipping via DPD is free of charge.

5.3 Europe

All shipments include tracking and are delivered via local delivery partners depending on the destination country.

Important: Additional surcharges or longer delivery times may apply for island or remote areas. If your address is affected, we will contact you before shipping.

5.4 Rest of the World (International)

We supply international top markets such as the USA, Canada, Japan, Australia, South Korea, and many other countries worldwide. You can see if your country is available directly in the checkout. There, weight-based shipping costs and the estimated delivery time will also be displayed transparently. Depending on the package weight and selected shipping method, delivery is handled either by the local post or our express partner FedEx.

6. Shipping Terms for Third Countries (Non-EU)

All shipments to countries outside the EU are sent on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis (except Switzerland and UK; see below).

  • Customs and Taxes: Import VAT and customs duties are levied by the authorities in your country. These costs are not included in the purchase price and must be borne by the recipient.
  • Returns: The costs for return shipping from abroad are borne by the buyer. Any fees incurred upon re-importation to Austria will be deducted from the refund amount.

Important Notice on Refusal of Delivery (Non-EU)

If a shipment is returned to us because delivery was refused, customs duties were not paid, or the package was not collected, we reserve the right to deduct the following costs from the refund:

  • Original outbound shipping costs.
  • Actual return shipping costs charged by the carrier to Austria.
  • All duties, taxes, and fees incurred during re-importation.

🇨🇭 Switzerland / 🇬🇧 United Kingdom

Switzerland: Shipping includes Swiss VAT. No additional import fees upon delivery (DDP).
United Kingdom: Shipped as Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). No additional fees upon delivery.

7. FAQ – Damages

In case of transport damage, please contact us immediately at support@primeprotector.at with photos of the packaging and goods.
