Yes, you can easily pre-order future sets in our shop! This way you can secure your desired products before they are sold out.

Can I change or cancel my order later?

You can change or cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. To do so, contact us as soon as possible using our support form or by email . Once the order is in the shipping process, changes are no longer possible.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?

We attach great importance to safe shipping. If something arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us immediately. Send us photos of the damage and your order number - we will find a quick solution for you!

Can I return products?

Yes, you have a 14-day right of return from receipt of the goods. The products must be in their original condition. Returns are straightforward: either use the self-service return in your customer account or contact our customer service for all further details.

Then send the goods back to the address provided. As soon as we have checked the condition, we will refund the amount to the original method of payment. The refund is usually made within 48 hours of receipt of the goods.
